You will get image files and hard prints in a similar professional looking presentation to promote your modelling career.

Samples of A Professional Composite Card - 6 inches by 8 inches
Composite Card / Book / ZED Card in 6 x 8 inches size will be designed. You will get 4 numbers of prints where 2 prints will have full image displayed with your name, stats and your phone or mobile number, while the rest two number of prints will showcase 4 images along with your name, stats, your modeling interests and your complete contact information.

Prints in size 8 x 12 inches = 15 (fifteen) numbers
Each print will have your name on it.
	Complementary Calling Card The package includes a standard size complimentary business card design plus one 8 x 10" print having eight numbers of cards on it. These can be cut out by you for distribution purposes. The design file along with the composite file with open layers will be included in the CDs. The open layers will help you edit any obsolete data quickly without the necessity to redesign before getting new printouts. The new file can be saved by you for future use.

• You will get prints on real photographic paper, which is water proof and durable.
• You also get along with the above:
  • Comp card design files in TIFF (open layers) and JPEG formats are saved on the CD.
  • CD/s burnt with edited images of the digital shoot with 250 dpi tiff files for making digital prints and enlargements and in 72 dpi jpeg compressed resolution for Web / Email use.

** Reprints are available at additional cost.

• For additional prints a minimum re-order of 10 prints in the above sizes is a must.

** Please note images shot on film are not incorporated in the compcard.
** Scanning charges will be extra, in case someone wants images incorporated from a film shoot.

• * Please note the time limit of portfolio shoot will be of four hours duration including make-up and styling. *
  ** 5 looks will be shot within the limit of 4 hours including makeup and styling. Arriving late to the appointment will cut down on the number of looks and image frames. Those who adapt quickly to the studio environment and give right poses and expressions may benefit with some extra looks being photographed.**

• Profile display on this site with a few select images, specs, modeling interests and your contact information for you to deal directly with clients for any prospective modeling proposals.
• Efforts are made to submit your profile with images on free modeling web sites, subject to their norms and conditions. Necessary information, Login ID with Password will be forwarded to you for further maintenance.
• My first preference is to promote models who have got portfolios made by me or worked for my projects, the selection is subject to client's approval. Models that seem suitable are briefed in advance about the possible requirements and renumerations of the proposed project and their profiles are then shown to the clients for short listing / selection. Finalisation for the proposed project after getting the model/s consent. Commission may be charged on model's renumeration by me in certain cases, which will be notified verbally to the model/s before the finalisation of the proposed project.

• Please note:
• The above rates for the portfolio making do not include the services of a stylist or any other services or hiring of accessories, wardrobe, etc. The models / wanna-be-models have to organise their own wardrobe for the shoot.

All Deposits are subject to forfeiture if session is missed / cancelled or rescheduled less then 48 hours from the shoot time.

Late arrival will correspondingly reduce the shooting time and the looks. 

Models may have their own stylist, if they wish, at their own cost and shooting time. In this case any extended shooting time beyond the stipulated 4 hours shall be charged @ Rs. 500/- per hour. Wardrobe / dresses and accessories are model's responsibility.

A model release is to be signed before the commencement of the shoot, in case of minors under 18 years of age to be signed by their parent/s or legal guardians.

For commercial assignments dates are confirmed on receipt of 60% of advance of the agreed price of the project and balance payment on completion of the assignment.
Models, Make-up artist, Stylists or any outside service providers have to be paid either at the start of the shoot or at the end of the shoot.
All travel, transportation, boarding and lodging including fooding are to be fully arranged and paid for on Location / Outstation shoots for all involved in the project.
Companies should include the above mentioned terms and conditions while issuing of a purchase order / letter of confirmation.
